The broken body of a cyclist explained.
With hours a week on the bike, maintenance isn't just for the bike. For years I have neglected my recovery and body. Being a chef and working over low benches all day, my posture has taken a turn for the worse, even if that means it is more aerodynamic. I take a trip to Chris Colwill Sports Therapy for some explanation and treatment into what is going on and why. But more importantly, seeing what I can do to prevent issues an injury.
Why are winter base miles key to your winter training block?
