I headed into the studio of AKCCoaching for a testing package to ensure my zones were correct heading into winter training.
The ramp test was smooth and efficiently administered in a great facility with real-time feedback. It was followed by a 20-minute threshold session confirming comprehensive heart rate values throughout the full range up to the max.
Aidan then went through the results and my training zones post-test in person with a cup of tea and free STYRKR bar+. I then also got my results and zones sent to be in the chart form via email.
